Obligations and undertakings of agent
a) Agent shall undertake the task of marketing the products (as defined in 4. Product Definitions) in the agreed area markets.
b) Agent shall translate all automated electronic customer correspondence to the languages in question.
c) Agent shall provide 1st level technical support to the customers who have purchased their product vie the Internet domain owned by agent.
d) Agent shall validate and confirm the monthly review of sales, and pay LANDFONE in accordance with the terms stated in 7. Payment Criteria.
